To source candidates we use a variety of methods, such as job boards, social media and employee referrals, alongside diligent background checks to verify their reputations. Suitable candidates then go through a meticulous screening process, including comprehensive over the phone and face to face interviews, where we assess skills, experience, cultural fit and overall suitability for the role. But the process doesn’t end there – we also assess candidates using behavioral-based evaluations in order to gauge how they’d respond in real-life situations.

We then shortlist the most qualified candidates, presenting them along with detailed summaries of their suitability to the role. Any negotiations of employment terms are also handled by us, as well as providing assistance and support throughout and beyond the onboarding process.
